   Begin your journey in our enchanting lift experience — step inside, feel it move, and watch the sleigh soar over a snowy city as you’re whisked to the North Pole Winter Wonderland.

2. The Illuminated Trail
   Step out into a snowy wonderland and meander through our magical light displays and candy canes — perfect for your family’s festive photos. Don’t forget to say hello to Teddy, the heart of our Christmas trail!

3. North Pole Wishlist Room
   Step inside and write down your Christmas wishes for Santa before entering the grotto. Mix and Package your very own Reindeer Food to take away with you for Christmas Eve. A magical space that also helps keep little ones busy if there’s a short wait to see Santa.

4. Santa’s House & Grotto
   Meet Santa Claus in his cosy grotto — a truly unforgettable moment for children and grown-ups alike - great photo opportunity with Santa and the family/friend group!

5. North Pole Post Box 
   After meeting Santa, post your wishlist in the official North Pole Post Box so the elves can start preparing for Christmas Eve.

6. The Magical Forest
   Wander through twinkling lights and majestic trees as the magic grows all around you.

7. The Grinch’s Lair
   Brush past the Grinch’s home… if you dare! Catch a glimpse (or snap a cheeky photo) with our mischievous live actor.

8. Santa’s Toy Factory & Sleigh Runway
   Watch toys being loaded for Christmas Eve, visit Santa’s Sleigh, and see the reindeer preparing for take-off. Let the glowing runway lights guide you to the end of your adventure at Townsend's Magical Christmas Trail.

9. Townsend Teddy’s Eatery & Marquee Bar ’n’ Grill
   Warm up with festive food and drink:
