CANCELLATION
POLICY.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING.

We know plans can change. Here’s everything you need to know about cancellations, amendments and event cancellations.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

7 DAYS
NOTICE.

We have a 7-day cancellation policy, which means we need at least 7 days notice to cancel and refund your ticket.

Admin & Service Charges will apply.

If you need to cancel within 7 days, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund.

However, we will honour your tickets for another available date in the same year.

We endeavour to reply within 48 hours.

If you don’t receive a response, please check the email address you contacted us from or message us via Facebook.

EXCEPTION

In the unlikely event that Townsend needs to cancel proceedings on any date, a refund will be offered or alternative dates honoured.

If the event is running, our standard cancellation policy applies.

QUICK SUMMARY

7+ DAYS Cancellation and refund available, subject to admin/service charges.

UNDER 7 DAYS No refund, but your ticket can be honoured on another available date in the same year.

EVENT CANCELLED Refund or alternative date offered if Townsend cancels the event.
